Ok– so the title isn’t 100% accurate, but according to The New York Post the Lady of all things fashion and pop has become co-owner of the NY restaurant, Vince & Eddies. The daring diva’s deluxe-diner features Italian cuisine, and a chic Upper West Side store front.

So how did this deal come about, you ask. Peter Dee, the restaurant’s owner, said that Gaga and her family were regulars, and she approached him about the deal.

“They were customers, and they approached us. We have done some promotions with her in the past.”
