For all you Gleeks out there who didn’t catch the big game, Lea Michele brought tears to player’s eyes as she sang “America The Beautiful” before the coin toss. Michele’s performance was phenomenal, and the actress thought the whole thing to be an “honor”. She took to Twitter to share her post-performance enthusiasm:

“OMG THAT WAS AN OUT OF BODY EXPERIENCE!!!!! SO AMAZING!!! WHAT AN HONOR AND JOY!!!! (sic)”

Singing for millions wasn’t her only honor of the evening- Lea aslo got to meet the entire Black Eyed Peas after they performed The Half Time Show.

“I love them!!! They are amazing! Nicest people ever!!! I’m so excited & proud of them! Fergie, Apple, Will and Taboo!!!”
