In a new episode of the Fox series Glee, Blaine Anderson and Kurt Hummel take the stage to perform a beautiful rendition of One Direction’s “Story Of My Life”!

The episode, called “The Back-up Plan,” aired on April 29, 2014. In the episode, socialite June Dolloway opens a new dance studio, and invites Kurt (Chris Colfer) to sing at the opening!

Kurt asks Blaine (Darren Criss) to join him in singing “Story Of My Life” for the opening. He obliges, resulting in an inspiring new version of the One Direction hit!

As they take the stage at the June Dolloway Dance Lab, the duo are backed by a live band, complete with violins and a cello. Their version of the song impresses June and the rest of the crowd, but changes June’s mind about supporting Kurt.

Instead, she decides that she wants to launch Blaine’s career, which starts to begin a rift between Blaine and Kurt!
