5 Year Old Boy Takes The Scary Out Of Monsters

Meet Aidan: a five year-old boy from Clearwater, Kansas who has Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia, and draws monsters to  help fight off his own.

Aidan's dad explained that the boy's obsession with monsters began when he was two years old and he visited his first Halloween store.

"When my wife took him to Halloween Express, he didn't want to leave. It was kind of weird, but he was mesmerized."

In an effort to soften the financial blow of Aidan's hospital bill, Aidan's aunt suggested that they sell his magical monster drawings but they had no idea that this venture would be so successful. At $12 a pop, the family has raised over $50,000!
