A Definitive Ranking of Every Disney World Park

As total Disney enthusiasts, we have been to the Disney parks multiple times, and we are certain to spend even more trips to the Most Magical Places on Earth. In case you can't tell how big of fans we are, our life goal is to see every piece of Disney property.

It's safe to say we know our Disney stuff, and we have opinions on it all, including our favorite destination Orlando's Walt Disney World. Below, discover our definitive ranking of every park at the resort.

6. Disney's Blizzard Beach Water Park

By default, we must rank Blizzard Beach in last place. While we'd like to say we have seen every part of Disney World, we have yet to see this one. The park is seemingly never open when we visit. At this point, we are convinced it doesn't exist. That said, it will allegedly open its doors tomorrow, May 21, and close for the season on Sep. 7.

Pro-tip for future Disney World visitors: you have free admission to the water park on your resort check-in day, so take advantage if you see Blizzard Beach open.

5. Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park

Many Disney experts say Typhoon Lagoon is the superior water park, and we understand why. The tropical setting of Typhoon Lagoon feels much more relaxing, compared to Blizzard Beach's chilly winter theme. There is plenty of room to sit by yourself or interact with other guests. The pools are huge, and the attractions are unique. You can enjoy anything from racing slides to low-key playgrounds. Oh, and the food options aren't bad. Nothing like a hot dog and chips by the water!

But honestly, we don't go to Disney to visit the water parks. It's fun as a one-time thing or a lazy day for annual pass holders, but the real magic is in the theme parks.

4. Disney's Animal Kingdom

We think we may be in the minority when we say we aren't the hugest fans of Animal Kingdom. Don't get us wrong. It's beautiful, just like every other part of Disney World. However, we love the rides, and Animal Kingdom doesn't have many. Sure, Expedition Everest is cool, and we enjoy the plethora of Avatar rides, but none of them are our favorites.

Still, if you are someone who likes to visit Disney for the food, Animal Kingdom is a must-visit for restaurants like Yak & Yeti and Satu'li Canteen.

3. Disney's Hollywood Studios

As Star Wars superfans, we knew we would love Hollywood Studios. It has Rise of the ResistanceSmuggler's Run and the entire Galaxy's Edge region (based on Batuu). Inside the immersive area, you can meet your favorite characters from the films, like the Mandalorian and Rey. And yes, the Star Wars food is delicious.

Beyond Galaxy's Edge, you also have the colorful Toy Story Land with Slinky Dog Dash, and you can't forget Hollywood Studio's other rides, like Tower of Terror and Rock 'n' Roller Coaster. It's the perfect place for thrill-seekers.

2. Magic Kingdom

Magic Kingdom is the epitome of Disney. It has the iconic castle and rides. Everything you love is here: Haunted Mansion, It's a Small World, Pirates of the Caribbean, Space Mountain and so many more. And we haven't even mentioned the great eats. You can dine in Belle and the Beast's castle, or grab a quick bite at one of the many quick service restaurants. To get the true Disney World experience, you simply have to visit Magic Kingdom.

The only reason Magic Kingdom isn't No. 1 on our list is because of the crowds. As the most popular park, expect high levels of crowd nearly every day. If we could walk onto any ride instantly, it would easily be our favorite.

1. EPCOT

EPCOT is truly underrated, especially if you aren't someone who enjoys rides. There is plenty of things to do here that don't include intense roller coasters, like learning the water cycle in a Moana theme. Every year, EPCOT also hosts fun events, such as the International Food & Wine Festival or the Flower & Garden Festival, and the immersion of every country is so unbelievable.

But hey, if you do like an adrenaline rush, it's still available to you at EPCOT. They recently opened the Guardians of the Galaxy: Mission Breakout ride, which is easily one of the best attractions in all of Disney World. Or you can ride the notorious Mission: Space (the intense orange level).

There is truly something for everyone.
