Aidan Bissett Closed Out His Tour in L.A. With Heart, Talent and a Promise of What’s Next

Aidan Bissett's Shut Up and Love me Tour stop at The Fonda Theatre in Los Angeles on Oct. 22 was the kind of night that reminds you why live music matters.

It all started with Zach Hood, who set the tone perfectly as the opening act, warming up the crowd with infectious energy and a charm that carried seamlessly into Aidan's set.

When Aidan took the stage, the vibe in the room immediately shifted. His vocal control was on full display, whether he was belting through electric moments or stripping things back with an acoustic guitar in hand. Few artists in the indie-pop lane balance live vocals with emotion this naturally.

He played the majority of his latest album tracks, including one of our personal favorites, "Richochet." By the time the night ended, it was still stuck in our heads.

Another standout moment came when he teased his unreleased track, "Crawling Back to You," sending the crowd into an excited hush. But what really elevated the night was his connection with the audience: genuine, present and refreshingly real. His crowd engagement was stronger than many of his indie-pop peers, mixing playfulness with heartfelt sincerity.

Throughout the show, Aidan repeatedly expressed how grateful he was for his band, his fans, and especially for being in Los Angeles with family and friends in attendance. That gratitude radiated through every lyric and smile.

While the venue's sound occasionally made it a bit hard to hear, it didn't take away from the undeniable talent and charisma on stage. Aidan is an artist who knows exactly how to make a room feel seen, heard and part of each moment.

He finished this tour off right in Los Angeles, with a promise that there's even more to look forward to from an artist already coming into his own. In our opinion, Aidan Bissett is the next big indie pop artist who's going to make it big.
