Camila Mendes Got a Puppy, So Get Ready to Fall in Love

There's nothing like a puppy you don't have to train or clean up after, and thanks to Camila Mendes, our day got a dose of one.

The Riverdale actress updated her Instagram Stories on Tuesday with a wonderful treat: videos and a photo of her family's new puppy, Zix.

Although she's been busy filming the third season of The CW series in Vancouver, Canada, this summer, she had a chance to meet him, and for that, we should all be grateful.

Zix is an adorable German Shepherd and coonhound mix, and from what we've seen so far, he's an adorable, affectionate, and clumsy little guy with a love for tennis balls. We dare you to watch him fall over her leg without cracking a smile. It just can't be done.

Camila has updated her Stories with two videos and a photo of Zix so far, and for that, we're so grateful. They made our day so much better, because as she perfectly puts it, he's "precious."

It's decided: Camila needs to have Zix with her all the time so we can get as many photos and videos as possible of the adorable pup. It's the next best thing to having our own.
