Birthday: October 25

Zodiac sign: Scorpio

Fun Facts:

1. She's a big Disney fan, and has a tough time picking her favorite Disney princess.

"I would have to say it could be either Ariel, Moana or Mulan. All three princesses are trying to step out of what they know to chase their dreams and create a new and better life. They are fearless in the face of adversity and I like to believe that I embody that."

2. She's obsessed with both cooking and makeup.

"I love the creativity of both. Cooking is a bit of a love language for me, and I feel like I give people my love through a meal. Makeup is just a form of art for me and it makes me happy."

3. When it comes to Chel's favorite days of the year, she tends to gravitate toward holidays.

"It used to be Halloween because I love getting dressed up, and my birthday is the weekend before, but now I would have to say either Thanksgiving or Christmas because these are some of the only days of the year that I get to be all together with my family."

4. Her favorite style trends right now are all about bold colors and expression.

"Whether it's crazy hair colors, super intricate nail designs, outrageous clothing or very unique makeup looks, I love the expression that is happening right now."

5. She doesn't have any pets right now, but she adores her brother's dogs.

"I love them so much. My roommate and I have been talking about getting a dog and I really hope we do—if you can't tell, I love dogs! I had a Boston terrier growing up named Yoda. He was abandoned in the woods near where we lived and kept coming to our house, so we adopted him. When we adopted him, he was very skinny from not eating and had a bunch of rolls from the extra skin. He had pointy ears, so we thought he looked like Yoda from Star Wars and that's how we named him. That dog was my best friend. I still miss him every day."
