Clean and Clear With Demi Lovato!

Demi Lovato  has joined her Neon Lights tour mates Fifth Harmony in the See the Real Me campaign. Who's ready to get Clean and Clear with Demi Lovato?

As the beautiful piano from Demi Lovato's "Warrior" plays in the background, Demi discusses how incredible it is to step onstage to perform for sold-out crowds of nearly 16,000 people.

"What inspires me to keep doing this everyday is the joy I get when I sing onstage," she explains. "It's absolutely irreplaceable."

But she goes on to say that her life isn't always as glamorous as it seems.

"I wake up everyday like everyone else," she said. "I have the same worries and fears that everyone does. I'm afraid of spiders. I'm afraid of changing my hair and hating it. I'm afraid of being vulnerable in front of the world."
