Dani Cimorelli: What Girl Power Means To Me

Girl power is something that's really important to me, because I think a lot of girls really need it nowadays. I feel like there are so many teenage girls going through hard times and it's important that girls can empower themselves.

There are a lot of people with blogs and people on Twitter who are examples of girl power who are being inspirational, and helping girls that have been doing the opposite. It's really good to see that on social media and it's really helping those girls.

Girls need to be reminded that they're powerful because there are lots of bullies out there who put girls down a lot. I think it's great that on social media there are people setting good examples and being positive role models and helping them feel better about themselves, and taking pride in being a girl!

Girls all need to realize that they are all worth something, they all are beautiful and they can set their minds to things and get things done, no matter what anyone says.

I just think they need to just tell themselves and believe that they are powerful, that they can do anything. Girls: YOU have the power, and if you set your mind to it you can reach your goals, no matter what your circumstance is!

It doesn't matter who you are. You can do it if you believe in yourself.
