Debby Ryan's D-Signed Collection Is Now at Target!

Debby Ryan's D-Signed Collection with Disney is now available at Target stores!

The collection is based off of her character Jessie Prescott from her show "Jessie".

Here is what Disney Consumer Products said about the line:

"The Jessie Prescott Collection draws inspiration from a mix of her sophisticated yet youthful styling for a fun, polished look. A blend of playful brights makes it the perfect spring look. The collection has a wide variety of spring dresses and layered skirts to compliment whimsical, 3D embellished tees.
