Facebook: Making Teens Yawn Across America

A recent survey of 600 teens, ages 13-17, reported that they are starting to grow tired of Facebook.

It is estimated that teens spend nearly 2 hours a day online, 80% of which  is used on a social network. One and Five, approximately 19% of the people surveyed, reported the "Facebook fatigue".

The reasons are as followed: 45% have lost interest, 16% are leaving because their parents are there, 14% say there are "too many adults/older people" and 13% are concerned about the privacy of their personal information. The number of teens still using the site are said to be on there primarily for the gaming features.

Although Facebook still reigns as the top Social Network on the web, the teens of America are starting to speak up.
