Forbes Powerful Celebs List Celebrates Girl Power!

Forbes just announced this year's list of the World's Most Powerful Celebrities, and we were pleased to see that Forbes is representing girl power this year!

Of the top 10 celebs on the list, six were women! Oprah Winfrey, Lady Gaga, Beyoncé, Madonna, Taylor Swift, and Ellen Degeneres topped the list and made ladies everywhere super proud.

What's even more awesome is that if Forbes had just released a list of the world's five most powerful celebrities, 80% would be women! As #4 on the list, Beyoncé would say, "Who runs the world? Girls!"

This was the first time that more than half of the top 10 were women!  On the full list of 100, 35 were women. We bet that in just a few years, more than half of that list will be female!
