As always, if you're using a stove, make sure you've got a parent nearby to supervise!Steps 1 to 4 for funfetti cake batter popcorn includes melting 1 1/2 sticks of butter, adding 3 handfuls of marshmallows, breaking up 2 bars of white chocolate into the mix and stirring thoroughly

  1. Begin by melting 1 1/2 sticks of butter in a large saucepan on low heat, stirring with a wooden spoon
  2. Add 3 big handfuls of marshmallows. 
  3. Continue stirring until the marshmallows melt and are thoroughly mixed, leaving you with a yellow-white liquid as pictured.
  4. Break two bars of white chocolate into the mixture, stirring occasionally so it does not burn. Mix until completely melted.Steps 5 to 7 of making funfetti cake batter popcorn includes adding a cup of funfetti cake mix, 2 tablespoons of milk and mixing before letting cool and dolloping onto popped popcorn
  5. Pour about a cup of funfetti cake mix into the mixture and mix thoroughly 
  6. Pour in about 3 tablespoons of milk and mix yet again
  7. Your mix should now look something like this! If you want it to be thicker or thinner, add more cake mix or milk as necessary.
  8. Pour pop-corn (pre-popped from the grocery store works best) into a glass bowl and dollop your mixture on top.The final steps for funfetti cake batter popcorn include thoroughly mixing your mixture into popped popcorn with clean hands, divvying up into cups and topping with sprinkles.
  9. Make sure your hands are clean and the mix has cooled enough to touch it with your hands! Knead the mix into the popcorn until it's thoroughly distributed throughout
