Take up a sport! Get in shape by practicing your soccer, basketball, volleyball, baseball, or tennis skills! It gets hot out there, so make sure to drink plenty of water. And make sure to invite some friends to keep you motivated!
Go swimming! Most of the year it might be too chilly to take a dip in the pool, the ocean, or a lake, but summer is the hottest time of the year, and the best time to cool off!
