Insurgent Teaser Trailer Reveals Tris's New Look

A brand new teaser trailer for the Divergent sequel, Insurgent reveals Tris's new look in a nightmarish scene in which she tries to rescue her mother from certain doom.

In Insurgent, Tris (played by Shailene Woodley) is all grown up. In the new clip, she oversees the smoldering ruins that were once her home, before spotting her mother, who tragically sacrificed herself for Tris in the last film.

But Tris sees her alive and well, looking out from a doorway. As Tris approaches, the building suddenly bursts into flames and defies physics, floating up into the sky and over a cliff.

This doesn't stop Tris from attempting to save her mother. We can't wait to see how this scene plays out, even if it's all in her head!

In the new film, Tris and Four are on the run from Erudite leader Jeanine as they try to uncover the truth behind the sacrifice of Tris's family. As their journey continues, they must unlock the truth behind their dystopian society and try to set things straight for the future of their world!
