Joe Jonas and Demi Lovato have broken up. Yikes! Sounds like a sticky situation since Demi is set to tour with the Jonas Brothers this summer to promote Camp Rock 2: The Final Jam.

Rumors were flying yesterday (May 24) that the former couple split over the phone, but Demi maintains that that isn't the case at all. "Joe and I did split, but it wasn't over the phone," Demi tweeted. "Things didn't work out but we'll remain friends." Joe also shared the sentiment: "It was my choice to break up but I love her as a friend. She's been there for me when I needed her. I will continue to be her friend and be there for her."
