Justin Bieber Surprises Selena Gomez For Her 19th Birthday

Selena Gomez was expecting to spend her 19th birthday without BF Justin Bieber, but he surprised her at her concert at the O.C. Fair Saturday. He serenaded her (and the crowd!) with his song "Favorite Girl" and Justin Timberlake's "Cry Me A River."

This is SO cute! Pretty sure Justin gets the BF of the year award! Selena is so lucky!
