LaBomme Beauty Brings Confidence and Convenience to the Beauty Aisle

Color. Vibrancy. Confidence. All of these things come to mind when thinking about LaBomme Beauty, the new powerhouse brand taking the beauty aisle by storm at some of your favorite stores.

LaBomme Beauty has eyes, cheeks and lips covered, with vegan and cruelty-free highlighters, eyeliners and matte lips in different shades to help add creativity and originality to any look. We got to chat with founder Brandie LaBomme and got a front-row, one-on-one look at the brand.

LaBomme Beauty

Brandie officially launched the brand earlier this year after she noticed many pieces missing among already-existing products.

"I started creating LaBomme when I was pregnant with my first child," she said. "I was feeling uncomfortable with all the changes that my body was going through and that led me into discovering beauty on YouTube and learning so many new brands, products and techniques. As much as I love so many products, I also identified gaps in the market and noticed a real need for solution-oriented products that catered to beauty lovers like me."

In such a crowded beauty space, it can be hard to find a brand that stands out among the rest, but as Brandie explained, the company's products deliver solutions. Each line has a unique twist to make your routine more convenient, and we got the chance to try them all and experience first-hand how they alleviate the process.

For the Eyes

Eyeliner is coming full circle, literally. Angle Baby, the brand's signature liquid eyeliner pen, comes with a 360° flexible tip to help you hit every corner and angle. We know how hard it is to get your winged tip to match on both sides, and now, that process is that much easier.

"As an eyelash girl myself, Angle Baby assists in a variety of things such as applying eyeliner for eyelash extensions," said Brandie.

For the Lips

No more clumpy, drying lipsticks that transfer easily. Enter the Madame Matte lipstick collection. The line ranges from nudes to pinks, through red and into purple shades to help you achieve THAT look for any occasion. They're long-lasting, even through the day's meals and adventures, so no need to worry about constant reapplying.

For the Cheeks

Keep glowing this summer with the brand's liquid and powder highlighters. The Flare liquids come in two easy-to-travel-with tubes in shades including Limelight, a bronze glisten, and Starburst, a more pink hue.

On the powder side, LaBomme delivers on glow but also on resourcefulness and sanitariness. The Bomb Highlighters come in a mess-free case that helps to cut down on excess waste. Just flip the latch over to open, tap out what you need and close it back to keep your full stash untouched. It's "a more sanitary method of applying and storing powder," Brandie said.

So what's next for the company?

"LaBomme Beauty's goal is to continue to innovate in the beauty industry," said Brandie. "Expanding the brand into the right footprint and with the right partners is very important to me. We have made the brand so inclusive and we are looking to partner with retailers that share our same values."

Wondering where you can find LaBomme Beauty products? All highlighters and Angle Baby can be found at Anthropologie and Urban Outfitters, and select matte sticks can also be found at Anthropologie. The full collection can be found on the brand's website.
