Letters to Juliet Review

What better way to kick off the summer movie season than with a Summit film set in golden Verona, Italy? Letters to Juliet follows two love stories – one very old, and one very new.

Our heroine Sophie (Amanda Seyfried) begins the tale engaged to one scruffy Victor (Gael Garcia Bernal) but they soon dscover that they don't have much time for each other. Sophie explores the city, and ends up at a wall where women have left letters for Juliet to help them with their love lives. Sophie takes it upon herself to respond to one particular missive, which leads her to Charlie (Christopher Egan).

The romance between Egan and Seyfried bubbles over the screen, and will leave you sighing happily.
