A Little Mix Makeup Brand Is Set to Launch This Fall, and We're So Into It
Little Mix is going beyond creating catchy pop songs!
The awesome British girl group, which counts Perrie Edwards, Jesy Nelson, Jade Thirlwall and Leigh-Anne Pinnock as its members, is reportedly launching a makeup brand that's expected to debut this fall.
The ladies responsible for hits such as "Black Magic" and "Wings" made the makeup announcement in a July 2 Instagram post. "We wanted you to be the first to hear about something we've been working so hard on…introducing LMX by Little Mix and our first ever limited edition cosmetics range," the post stated, adding the makeup will be available at Boots cosmetics stores in the U.K. starting in September.
The accompanying video shows the quartet playfully applying their own makeup while smiling for the camera. Though the clip is brief, we do get a look at some items that are expected to be in the collection as the gals are shown playing with eyeshadow, various lip stains, luxe brushes and more.
Per a press release shared with Cosmopolitan UK, there's no doubt the Little Mix ladies know a thing or two about beauty and makeup. "Years of experimenting with different looks means the girls really know their cosmetics and their collection makes no compromises, with high-performance, heavily-pigmented formulations that suit every skin tone, unbelievable highlighters, velvety matte lips and high-impact colors," the release states.
And though there doesn't appear to be any plans for LMX to launch in the United States, Mixers are certainly pulling for a release in America and elsewhere. "Release it worldwide," one fan wrote.
Another added: "Don't limit yourselves, give Mixers across the world a chance to buy it!"
