Guardians Of The Galaxy Cartoon Coming To Disney XD!

Fans of Guardians Of the Galaxy don't have to wait until the sequel releases on May 5, 2017 to get their superhero fix. An animated series called Marvel's Guardians of the Galaxy is coming to Disney XD next year!

The cartoon will show the return of Star-Lord, AKA Peter Quill, and his misfit team consisting of Rocket Raccoon, tree creature Groot, the fierce Gamora and Drax the Destroyer. In the series, these beloved characters will team up yet again to defend the galaxy from evildoers!

In a short preview of the upcoming animated series, Rocket evades a highly advanced ship, leaping from the tops of futuristic buildings and wielding a blaster twice his size.

He manages to escape, but only before Star-Lord insists that he'll need a bigger blaster to hang with his crew!
