Miley Cyrus is putting a new fashion accessory into her daily mix, and it's not hole-less tights! The Hannah Montana Starlet has been spotted wearing a Bindi on her forehead for several different occasions, both casual and formal.

In the Hindu culture, a Bindi is said to retain energy, strengthen concentration, and to fight off bad luck. All of these things could be useful to Miley, seeing as her family is going through such a tough time in light of her parent's separation.
