These Pro Athletes Are Showing Us All Bodies Are Beautiful

Being proud of your body can be hard for girls of all shapes and sizes. Even super fit athletes sometimes feel uncomfortable in their own skin because all of their awesome muscle makes them feel too bulky!

BuzzFeed teamed up with athletes like dancer Heidi Bueller and Crossfit trainer Amanda Douglas to create a video that celebrates bodies of all types.

After watching the video, people have been taking to Twitter and Instagram using the hashtag #MyBodyIs to share what they like about their bodies.

These athletes aren't alone in their quest to help us love our bodies! They join the likes of stars who have been campaigning for positive body image such as Demi Lovato.

In 2010, Demi Lovato announced that she had been battling an eating disorder and now, five years later, she regularly encourages girls to feel comfortable in the skin they are in. Just a few months ago for New Years she even posted this message with a picture comparing her body at different sizes, saying that she loves herself at both!

Lovato's not alone, other stars such as Ariana Grande, Meghan Trainor and Debby Ryan have spoken about being body positive.

Now that so many stars and athletes are talking about loving your body, do you think it'll make a difference?

How would you describe your body with the hashtag #MyBodyIs?
