9 Shows Worth Binge-Watching This Summer

It's summertime, and the living is oh, so easy.

Not sure how to spend your long and lazy days? That's what Netflix was made for.

Now that you have ample couch time, we have nine series that will entertain you from start to finish. Throw on your sweatpants, grab your fave junk food and prepare for your best binge-watching sessions yet.

1. Gilmore Girls (2000-2007)

Seasons on Netflix: 1-7

Why it's worth bingeing: With all the buzz around the Gilmore Girls revival last year, the original series should definitely already be on your radar. If you haven't at least begun watching the Emmy-Award winning series, it centers around a mom and daughter, Lorelai and Rory Gilmore, living in the small, cookie-cutter town of Stars Hollow. It's a fun, quirky show about their unique bond and all that goes on in their crazy lives. If your mom has time to join you in watching it, she totally should.

Why it's worth bingeing: This classic show is a bit of a throwback, but the plot line is still totally relatable. Adult Kevin narrates the whole story, recounting both the good and bad times of growing up, falling in love, etc. This series should take you some solid time to plow through considering there are six seasons.
