Next, be specific. Write down the specifics steps you'll need to make your resolution a reality. Make them a regular part of your routine before taking on more improvements you'd like to make to your life!

It usually takes three weeks to establish a new healthy habit, so hang in there until at least day 22! Share your progress on Twitter and Instagram and have your friends and family support your goals, too!
