Riverdale's Madelaine Petsch Had to Move Last Minute Due to 'Privacy Issues'

Season 3 of Riverdale has only just begun filming, but the return to work hasn't been very easy for star Madelaine Petsch.

The 23-year-old, who we love for bringing Riverdale's Cheryl Blossom to life every week on The CW, opened up about the downside of fame in a Youtube video entitled "Moving Day," posted July 11.

The video, which chronicles Madelaine's journey from the US to Vancouver, where she films the high school drama, includes clips of the Washington native having fun in the airport and then driving from her parents home in Seattle to Vancouver, but things take a turn once Madelaine arrives in the Canadian city.

After a fun costume fitting for Season 3, Madelaine seemingly ends the video, only to return in another clip that was added on several days after the initial video had already been recorded.

"I don't even know where to begin," Madelaine starts, adding that her life has been "a whirlwind" since her last check-in.

"We moved into what was supposed to be my home for the next 10 months. We were there for two days, and on the second day we were there, I found out I had an issue with privacy at this location," she continues. "That was a huge wrench thrown in the wheel of my life."

Luckily, Madelaine found a new apartment in a matter of days, but because the home was unfurnished she had to head to Ikea and build all the furniture herself.

Still, despite the chaos of an unexpected move, Madelaine remained upbeat and wanted to share the ordeal with her fans. "I was like, 'Do I even tell them about all the chaos that has happened?' And then I was like, 'You know what, this is life, baby—you got to roll with the punches,'" she concluded.

Way to keep it positive, Madelaine!
