Rocky Road Trip is hitting shelves this month, along with Good Humor Strawberry Shortcake.
The food-centric Instagram account Junkfoodexpress was one of the bearers of good news in late May. Now, the ice-cream inspired cookies are almost here. They'll be available in stores on July 23, according to PopSugar.
It sounds like both flavors do their inspiration justice, but as good as Strawberry Shortcake sounds, we can't help but be especially excited about Rocky Road Trip. Not only do you get two chocolate wafers with marshmallow bits, there's rocky road-flavored creme in the center, according to Chew Boom. There's a nuttiness to them, too, but they're soy nut inclusions.
If you're not drooling over that description quite as much as we are, Good Humor Strawberry Shortcake may be more your style. Golden Oreo wafers featuring strawberry-flavored bits serve as the outer parts of the sandwich cookie, while whipped strawberry shortcake creme sits in the middle.
The ice cream-inspired cookies are coming thanks to National Ice Cream Month, which is July. We don't even have the words to express how happy the celebration has made us.
