Selena Gomez and Justin Bieber were spotted holding hands in Auckland, New Zealand, after a visit to the Starship Hospital where they spent some of their free time cheering up sick kids!

We think the visit makes them super Sweetys! Justin Bieber is actually an advocate for the
Starship Foundation and has been working on helping them raise money since the launch
of his Believe Charity Drive last November!
