Good hearted Selena Gomez recently helped make a young girl's dreams come true.

Selena worked with the Make A Wish foundation to meet with Ella, a young girl struggling with cancer who's one wish was to meet Selena Gomez.

Not only did Selena meet with the girl, but she spent the day playing Xbox with Ella and really making an effort to make her feel very special.

It's always great to hear about celebs who are willing to take the time to make a difference in someone's life, and Selena is always going out of her way to make her fans feel special.
