You Won't Believe What This Groundbreaking New Face Mask Can Do in Just One Minute
When I heard that Skin Inc.'s Oxy Recharge Bubble Mask could detox your skin, make it peel and glow in just one minute, I said there was no way.
I feel like there are so many masks on the market, and while most of them do make my skin feel hydrated after initial use, nothing has blown me away or stood out as different from the others.
I guess this one had me at one minute and peel. Typically when people get peels done, they're really expensive, involve chemicals and are super painful. How could this simple little product act similarly?
After seeing former Miss Universe Olivia Culpo totally rep this product, I reached out to the brand to review it myself. They kindly obliged, and I gave it a whirl as soon as it was quickly received.
The instructions say to "apply a thick layer of the mask on clean, dry skin and let it sit for 20-30 seconds, allowing the microbubbles to form and cleanse the pores." I was next instructed to "gently massage the mask on your skin in a circular motion and then rinse off with water."
(Not my most glam shot, but hey, at least you see the bubbles!)
Sure enough, within seconds, as implied, the microbubbles formed. As soon as I massaged the bubbles into the rest of my skin, dead skin crumbles instantly rose to the top of my face (apologies for the visual, but this is a good thing!).
(Ew, dead skin… At least we know the product is doing its job!)
When it comes to the product as a whole, here are my pros and cons:
PROS: The description of the product is 100% on-point, and the directions are incredibly easy to follow. The product also comes in heavy-duty packaging, so you don't need to worry about accidentally stepping on the tube, rupturing it or having in explode while you're on an airplane. You'll see an immediate noticeable difference after just one use.
CONS: The only con is that the tube is pretty small for the price, and it's encouraged to apply liberally each use. So it's likely you'll only get 3-5 uses per tube.
Overall, the tiny tube is worth the price. I've never seen something work so immediately on my skin. Everyone's skin gets dry, and everyone needs an occasional exfoliation, so this product really is a fit for all. I highly recommend treating yourself to a bottle and saving yourself the cost of a facial.
You can purchase each tube for $55 HERE!
Even if you go ahead and give this product a whirl, it still doesn't hurt to try out THESE products that are perfect for an at-home facial.
