Our favorite Nashville sweetheart, Taylor Swift, is teaming up with Elizabeth Arden to release her own perfume line, set to be released in 2011.

In a recent statement, T. Swift had plenty to say on the subject of scent.

“I have always loved how fragrance can shape a memory the way certain scents remind you of events and people that are imprinted in your thoughts. Lately I’ve been having fun experimenting with combining some of my favorite scents, so I’m really excited about working with Elizabeth Arden to develop my own unique fragrance.”

The country-cutie is now being compared to the likes of Justin Bieber and Lady Gaga, but there are a few key differences in their perfume ventures. For instance, Justin Bieber’s line is being launched exclusively for Wal Mart and is a unisex scent, whereas Taylor’s is for “prestige retailers” only and will focus (from what we can gather) on all things feminine.
