The love for a few of our favorite games doesn't come from the actual gameplay. It's actually about the rich lore behind each character. For example, Five Nights at Freddy's has an entire universe with multiple books. Meanwhile, series like The Sims have been cultivating a storyline from the first game from nearly three decades ago. That attention to detail immerse us much more deeply within these franchises.

Being social in the real world isn't our forte, but we become different people on the internet. In fact, we are social butterflies.
