9 Ways to Keep Adventuring Once You’ve Beaten The Legend of Zelda: Echoes of Wisdom
The Legend of Zelda: Echoes of Wisdom released just over a month ago on the Nintendo Switch, and if you're anything like us, chances are that you sped through it, eager to see everything this wonderful new game had to offer.
We loved finally playing as Zelda and using Echoes to solve tricky puzzles and survive combat situations in our own creative way, and lucky for fans, there's a good chance you still have a lot more to do once the credits roll. The team at Nintendo was kind enough to provide us with a key for the game to experience the fun ourselves, and if you're looking for more to do once you've beaten the final dungeon in The Legend of Zelda: Echoes of Wisdom, we have some ideas for you below.
Simply Explore
This may seem obvious, but if you still have plenty of collectibles to find, it's tons of fun to simply run around the map to try to find everything you can. We recommend turning on the "Collected" option in your map, which shows the location of every Piece of Heart, Might Crystal and Stamp you've found so far. Areas of Hyrule that seem oddly empty are often hiding secrets, making them great places to explore first.

Clear Any Remaining Rifts
Still seeing scary, purple Rifts when you open up your map? That's a sure sign that it's time to head to those locations to clear those out. By the end of the game, you'll have banished all of the big ones, but there may still be small Rifts scattered here and there that demand your attention. Clearing them will give you access to parts of the map (and possibly additional quests) you couldn't access before and reward you with Might Crystals, making it a win-win.
Fill Out Your Stamp Cards
We don't know about you, but Stamp Guy is one of our favorite new characters introduced in Echoes of Wisdom, and every time we tracked down a new Stamp Pad, we looked forward to seeing him. Not only are the homemade Stamp Cards super charming, but filling out each one gives you a unique prize. We won't spoil it, but the one you get for completing the entire Stamp Rally was our personal favorite.

Max Out Your Hearts
You won't necessarily need hearts once you've completed the game, but it's still extra satisfying to see your health maxed out at 20 hearts. Besides the Heart Containers you gain from beating dungeons, there are an additional 40 Pieces of Heart scattered across the land that you'll need to track down, putting both your puzzling and tactical abilities to the test. And if you're feeling stuck, you can always look up a guide on where to locate them all.
Make Every Smoothie
It didn't take long for us to be get positively addicted to the Smoothie mixing mechanic in Echoes of Wisdom, making sure to collect as many ingredients as we could so we could try out every combination available. There are 69 different types of Smoothies you can concoct, each with their own unique attributes and buffs for Zelda, making them essential for your adventures—and there are even some bonuses along the way for hitting milestone numbers of new Smoothies.
Test Your Might
You don't have to collect every Might Crystal in Echoes of Wisdom, but as people who love to battle in Swordfighter Mode for as long as possible, it can be super helpful. There are 150 pieces scattered around Hyrule that you can get from quests, clearing Rifts, treasure chests and other hidden places, which are essential for making upgrades in Swordfighter Mode. Collect them all, and you also unlock a handy Might charging station.

Build Those Automatons
If you're not doing all of the quests in Echoes of Wisdom, there's a good chance you missed out entirely on Dampé's story and the Automatons he builds. The gravedigger Dampé will request the chance to see certain Echoes, and in return, he'll create robotic versions of some of the game's most popular enemies, called Automatons. These can be summoned during battle and just need a bit of winding up to get going.

Showcase Your Style
One of our favorite aspects of Echoes of Wisdom is the fact that you can get all dressed up, wearing not just accessories that come with handy buffs, but also full on outfits that change the way that Zelda appears. Some of these are essential for quests, and others are just plain fun, but we recommend exploring high and low to locate them all and customize your Zelda to your favorite play style (or just look super cute).

Complete Your Echoes Notebook
Basically, the more Echoes you have and the better you familiarize yourself with them, the more options (and fun) you'll have playing Echoes of Wisdom, so why not collect them all? The game features 127 Echoes in total, ranging from inanimate objects like tables, bed and shrubs to dangerous foes. There may be some Echoes you never even considered could be copied, so keep your eye out (and don't be afraid to consult a guide if you need to!).
