The prestigious 2014 Brit Awards were held last night at the O2 Arena in London, and at the end of the night One Direction were the show’s big winners!
The Arctic Monkeys opened the show, and also took home awards for the categories of British Group and British Album Of the Year!
Comedian James Corden, who wrote the script for One Direction’s “Best Song Ever” music video, presented the show live on ITV.
That made the event even more special when the boys of 1D took home the Brit Awards for both Best Video and Global Success!
American artists including Beyoncé, Katy Perry, Pharrell Williams and Bruno Mars also performed on the event!
Other notable winners including Ellie Goulding as British Female Solo Artist and Lorde as International Female Solo Artist.
