Nick Jonas And Demi Lovato Just Melted Our Hearts (Again)!
Nick Jonas and Demi Lovato are both sooo super busy (in case you haven't noticed!). Nick just released his new single, "Close," with Tove Lo, Demi is dominating with her new single, "Stone Cold," AND both will be beginning their Future Now Tour together in June! We're guessing they probably don't have much free time on their hands. That's why we were seriously touched when we found out that they recently took the time to visit the Children's Hospital of Los Angeles. What they did will have you loving them even more than you thought humanly possible?.

On March 16, Demi and Nick visited the Children's Hospital of Los Angeles, and surprised kids and their parents with an exclusive performance. The hospital just released the full video on Facebook, and it's the most heartwarming thing we've seen ALL week. You'll just melt when you see them perform acoustic versions of "Confident," and "Jealous." We're sure they made these kids' day! Watch the full amazing video below:
