Happy birthday Gabby Douglas! Sweety High would like to wish two-time Olympic gold medal-winning gymnast Gabby Douglas a super sweet 18th birthday today!

Gabby started doing gymnastics at the age of 6. She came into the public spotlight when she placed 10th at the US Classic when she was just 12!

She was also part of the gold-winning U.S. team at the 2011 World Artistic Gymnastic Championships.

But Gabby really became a star at the 2012 Summer Olympics. There, she won gold medals both for the individual all-around and team competitions, becoming the only American in history to do so!

Gabby was a member of the Fierce Five, consisting of Gabby and teammates  McKayla Maroney, Aly Raisman, Kyla Ross and Jordyn Wieber.

Together, this group made the whole nation proud, nabbing the country its second ever gold medal for gymnastics.

Since then, Gabby has become an icon, withs fans from across the world.

"My fans are my family," she told us in an interview at the 2013 Teen Choice Awards.

She also appeared in an awesome episode of Kickin' It on Disney XD earlier this year!

We can't wait to see how well she does in the 2016 Olympics in Rio!
