Here’s Everything You Wanted to Know About the Off Campus TV Show
BookTok just became even more serious. Elle Kennedy's Off Campus, arguably the most viral hockey romance series, is in production at Amazon Prime. Earlier this month, they started filming life at Briar University in Vancouver.
We know, we know. You have a lot of questions. Below, discover everything you wanted to know about this upcoming television show.
What Is It About?
If you have read Off Campus, you will know the storyline very well.
In case you missed it, the book series follows four hockey players: Garrett Graham, John Logan, Dean Di Laurentis and John Tucker. Their school, Briar University, is huge on hockey. They are four total hotties with big hearts, so they are basically campus royalty. But which girls will catch their eyes?
Each book (and season) will highlight a different couple, á la Bridgerton. The first season is the first book, The Deal, starring Garrett. When his grades start slipping, he must get the smartest girl in class, Hannah Wells, to tutor him. Too bad she is unimpressed by the hockey glitz and glamor.

Who Will Star in It?
In May, Amazon unveiled the core cast of Off Campus. Here's the full list thus far:
- Belmont Cameli (Until Dawn) as Garrett Graham
- Ella Bright (Malory Towers) as Hannah Wells
- Mika Abdalla (The Flash, The Pitt) as Allie Hayes, Hannah's bestie and Dean's forbidden crush
- Antonio Cipriano (A Week Away, National Treasure: Edge of History, Pretty Little Liars: Original Sin) as John Logan
- Stephen Kalyn (Motorheads, Cruel Intentions, Gen V) as Dean Di Laurentis
- Josh Heuston (Dune: Prophecy, Heartbreak High) as Justin Kohl, Hannah's crush and a bad boy musician
Who Will Make the Series?
As we mentioned earlier, Amazon Prime will distribute the series. However, the showrunner is Louisa Levy, who previously wrote The Flight Attendant and Stumptown. The pilot episode will be directed by Silver Tree, who also worked on The Flight Attendant, The Pitt and You.

When Does It Premiere?
Sadly, we don't yet have an exact release date for the first season of Off Campus. Since the cast and crew will film through the fall, we expect it to release next year.

Afterwards, you can expand the saga beyond the core four players with Briar U. When you finish that, start the next-gen books, Campus Diaries.
