How to Know If Your Virgo Crush Likes You Back

Virgos are known for being studious, capable and perfectionistic. One thing they're not so recognized for, however, is openly sharing their feelings with others.

It's easy to fall hard for a thoughtful and knowledgeable Virgo, but if you're crushing hard on one, chances are that you're not quite sure how they feel about you in return. The sign is prone to hiding their emotions in order to protect themselves, and even when they do open up, they're not the easiest to read. If you're left trying to figure out whether they like you back, here are a few of the surefire signs.

They Know You as Well as You Know Yourself

Virgos are the most detail-oriented signs of the zodiac, and when they're passionate about or interested in something (or someone), they learn everything there is to know about it. In this case, that might be you! Over time, they'll come to know your likes and preferences inside and out, as well as what you don't like, to do their best to make you happy. They'll go out of their way to show you that they're paying attention and that they care—and chances are, you've already felt it.

They Demonstrate Kindness

Virgos are friendly by nature, and they're also practical, demonstrating their feelings through acts of genuine kindness. When you're in need of a bit of help, whether it's with homework or errands, they won't hesitate to jump to your aid. They're also endlessly helpful and supportive, lending a listening ear when you need it most. They're likely to share small gifts or surprises from time to time, and even when they're nothing major, they're sure to be thoughtful. Sometimes, you might find that they butt in to help, even when you don't want or need it, but the important thing is their willingness to be there for you.

They Make Plans (With You in Them)

No one's more organized than Virgo. They methodically plan their days out to the minute, and if their social calendars include you, it means you're important to them and frequently on their mind. And in the case that they're planning a special event for you in particular, expect everything to be perfect to the very detail. When they're interested in you, they'll go all out to ensure things go according to plan, with your satisfaction in mind.

They're Respectful of Your Boundaries

Since Virgos are so fastidious with their own boundaries, they're also respectful of the boundaries of those they care about. You'll see that if you set a line, they won't cross it. The last thing they want to do is put pressure on you to do something you're not comfortable with, regardless of their own wants and needs, which can really help to strengthen your trust in the long run.

They Initiate Deep Conversations

Virgos are governed by the planet Mercury, which rules communication, which is why Virgos are naturally strong at both expressing themselves and listening and understanding others. When you're close with a Virgo, your conversations together might feel more meaningful and intimate than any you've had before. You feel like they truly get you and that they hear what you have to say, and you're equally interested in what they have to offer because they pay close attention to what resonates with you. The emotional support they offer is also unparalleled, and when they care strongly about you, they'll stick around to help you navigate pretty much any tough situation that life can throw your way.

They Try to Help You Become Better

Get criticized often by your Virgo crush? You might have initially read this as a sign that they're not interested, when in reality, Virgos can be the most critical of the people they adore most. It can be hard to deal with harsh words, but usually, criticism is offered with the best intentions, as they're seeking to help you work on self-improvement. Remember they don't do it to be harmful and that you might have something to learn based on their advice. However, if it gets to be too much, you should have an open conversation about this habit and how it makes you feel.
