Hunter Hayes Breaks A World Record To End Hunger!
It's not every day that Hunter Hayes breaks a world record, but he's done just that, and for an awesome cause! Hunter now holds the Guinness World Record for most concerts performed in different cities within a 24-hour period!
Hunter did it all for ConAgra Food's "Child Hunger Ends Here" campaign! The country singer performed ten concerts in 24 hours, beating the record previously held by the band The Flaming Lips.
The ten-show marathon started in New York City at 8am on May 9th on Good Morning America. Hunter went on to play 9 more shows in different cities throughout Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut, New Jersey and Pennsylvania within the same day!
The final show was at the Trocadero in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania at 5am on May 10th!
"I cannot believe how much fun this whole day has been and that it's only been a day!" Hunter said. "Thank you to all the fans for not only making history with us but also making this whole thing absolutely awesome!"
This comes just days after the release of Hunter Hayes' latest album, Storyline, featuring the amazing song "Invisible"! What a great week for Hunter!
