Gaming Company HyperX and P.L.A.Y. Pet Toys Team Up for THE Cutest Collab for Gamer Pups

If you love gaming almost as much as you love your pet dog, you must check out the ingeniously adorable new collab between gaming peripheral brand HyperX and pet toy maker P.L.A.Y.

The new line of products features brand-new pet toys inspired by different gaming gear, with four pieces designed just for your beloved pet. The brand was kind enough to send us most of the line to check out (and for our pups to play with) ahead of the launch, and here's what you need to know.

The Collab

The new HyperX x P.L.A.Y. collab was made especially for the pup who's always there for you while you game, allowing them to play—in their own way—right beside you with their own pet-friendly gamer gear. It consists of miniature pet toy versions of a computer keyboard, gaming headset and podcasting mic, plus a mega-sized mousepad, all made from the highest-quality sustainable materials. They also include squeakers and crinkly material to keep your dog engaged and have colorful designs to make them look like high-end RGB gaming accessories. Additionally, they're machine-washable and dryer-friendly (a must when you're dealing with pet toys) and are stuffed with P.L.A.Y.'s Earth-friendly PlanetFill fiber made from 100% post-consumer recycled plastic bottles. They become available on April 11 at 7 a.m. PT.

Cloud Arfa Gaming Headset: $15.90

The Cloud Arfa Gaming Headset toy is modeled after HyperX's Cloud Alpha headphones, and while they look like the real deal, each ear cup features a squeaker, rather than a speaker. Whether your dog looks like a gamer or a DJ when playing with the toy is up to them, but in our experience, these squeaks will keep them entertaining for hours.

Alloy Keybark Gaming Keyboard: $10.90

The Alloy Keyboard Gaming Keyboard toy looks much like a real gaming keyboard, complete with backlit keys in rainbow colors. But best of all (according to our dogs, at least) is the crinkly texture of the keyboard and the massive squeaker in the center, which makes quite a lot of sound under a paw.

PAWdcast Microphone: $13.90

For any aspiring podcasters out there is the PAWdcast Microphone, modeled after HyperX's QuadCast S microphone. It may look like a typical toy, but it has unique textures within, including a hidden rope, that'll keep dogs invested (almost like they were listening to their favorite podcast).

Pulsefur Mat: $65 – $79

And while we didn't get to try one out ourselves, the collab also includes the Pulsefur Mat, a chill pad designed to look like a HyperX Pulsefire Mouse Pad. These pads are soft and plush, and available in both medium and large sizes for all kinds of pups.
