Barre (or Ballet)
We can't lie. One thing we love about Pilates is how girly it feels. Working out is even more fun when you're surrounded by other women who are also sporting stylish outfits and adorable equipment. Barre classes have a very similar demographic.
Unsurprisingly, barre is heavily inspired by Pilates, combined with ballet and yoga. So, grab your balletcore workout attire, and get to work!

Aqua Aerobics
Pilates has a low barrier to entry because of its low-impact movement. In other words, there isn't much pressure put on your bones, joints and muscles. Similarly, the water surrounding you in aqua aerobics decreases the stress on your bones to creative a relaxing but effective exercise.

Lagree Fitness
If you love Pilates but crave something more intense, try the Lagree method. This exercise uses a reformer to increase muscle strength and endurance. Don't be fooled by its slow movements—within a few minutes of working out, your body will be dripping in sweat. Because of its high intensity, you'll burn even more calories than you would doing Pilates.
Yoga
What makes Pilates so fun is that we can practice our mindfulness during a class, but yoga takes is to the next level with its deep breathing and focus on your senses. It's the perfect way to unwind after a Pilates workout.

Zumba
Thanks to its fun music and moves, Pilates is one of those exercises that don't feel dreadful. Zumba, however, takes that feeling to the next level. In these classes, you'll learn a dance routine to your favorite hits while working up a light sweat.
