Kat McNamara and Joel Courtney Review Mr. Peabody!

Kat McNamara and Joel Courtney, stars of the upcoming film Tom Sawyer & Huckleberry Finn, are movie star movie critics for Kid Pick Flicks! Their latest review tackles the new film Mr. Peabody and Sherman!

Mr. Peabody and Sherman is based off the Peabody's Improbable History segments from the late 50s and early 60s, but that doesn't mean that the update isn't a great modern take on the classic story.

"Hop inside the WABAC and fasten your seatbelt for a very endearing retelling of a beloved classic cartoon," the two wrote. "The film brings back the charming Mr. Peabody, a genius dog who invents time travel to teach his adoptive son, Sherman, about the past. Trying to impress a new friend, Sherman goes back in time for some fun, but makes too much of a mark on history, forcing Mr. Peabody to fix it before the rip in time is irreparable."

Kat and Joel went on to explain that both kids and their parents will love the film's jokes and it's fast pace. They'll also enjoy great voice performances by stars including Ty Burrell and Patrick Warburton! They gave Mr. Peabody and Sherman 3 stars.
