The PÜR x The Grinch Makeup Collection Is Christmas Come Early
Normally, we advocate for celebrating Halloween and Thanksgiving before even thinking about Christmas, but PÜR has given us a very solid reason to make an exception.
The cosmetics company partnered with Illumination Studios to release its The Grinch collection on Monday, Oct. 1, and it's so fun that we can't help but relax our usual standards.
And for good reason.
It turns out we're weak in the face of glittery, gold goodness—especially when it comes in the form of makeup inspired by a classic Christmas movie.

The collection looks like it comes straight out of a Whoville Christmas, just as it should. Its packaging uses the color gold liberally—for liquid eyeliner and lipstick tubes, a face palette and brush handles. There are even face mask containers that are shaped like ornaments, which is just plain genius.

As for the products themselves, even The Grinch himself would have to admit they're beautiful. There are plenty of greens, reds, browns and more golds, many of them shimmery, glittery or glowy. Together, they'll definitely form gorgeous holiday looks.
PÜR is marketing the products as "holiday beauty good enough to steal." Obviously, we'd advise against trying that, but if you do want to get your hands on them, don't feel like you have to wait till after Halloween and Thanksgiving to shop the collection.
