xikers – 'ICONIC'

xikers kicked things off on Aug. 1 with the release of their newest single, "ICONIC,"  a track with, appropriately, is all about leaving their musical stamp on the world. With pulse-pumping bass sounds, hard-hitting percussion and rock guitar riffs, the song sees the group standing out from the crowd, making it as unforgettable as the song promises to be.

EVNNE – 'How Can I Do'

Every song on EVNNE's most recent mini-album LOVE ANECDOTE(S) is quite infectious, but we've been especially hooked on the lead single "How Can I Do." It's a sleek R&B-hip-hop track with romantic jazz piano about infatuation and the willingness to do anything to prove your love to the object of your affections.

NEWBEAT – 'Cappuccino'

NEWBEAT have been making quite the impression since their debut earlier this year, and the new single "Cappuccino" further highlights their playfulness as well as edge. The energetic hip-hop track compares the heat and rush of emotions of love to sipping on an irresistibly tasty cup of cappuccino.

KiiiKiii – 'DANCING ALONE'

KiiiKiii is another great K-pop group who's fresh on the scene, making their latest digital single on Aug. 6. There's a good reason every release so far has gone fully viral, and that includes "DANCING ALONE." It's an effervescent retro-pop track, driven by '80s-inspired synths, as it tells a story about the freedom of being single, and the connection of friendship that can feel so much more powerful than something forged in a romance.

Yves – 'Soap' Featuring PinkPantheress

Again and again, Yves has cemented her place as a powerhouse soloist, proving her musical strengths yet again with her latest EP Soft Error. If you're not yet familiar, we recommend starting with "Soap" featuring electronic pop sensation PinkPantheress. Sampling Rebecca Black's "Sugar Water Cyanide," the song is driven by a confident chant before launching into a more melodic pop-R&B sound as Yves expresses her victorious attitude and intention to thrive, even in the face of an adversary.

AtHeart – 'Plot Twist'

Brand new girl group AtHeart have quickly won our hearts after the release of their debut EP, Plot Twist, last month. The title track immediately sets the tone for the group, kicking off with an angelic a capella intro before it shifts into a moody EDM reflection on the thrilling unpredictability of love and loss.

Kep1er – 'BUBBLE GUM'

Need a summer bop to move your body to? Look no further than girl group Kep1er's newest high-energy track, "BUBBLE GUM." Backed by a constantly moving dance groove that's impossible to resist, the song likens dancing to the addictive chewing of bubble gum while stressing the group's star status.

Stray Kids – 'Ceremony'

Stray Kids' latest album KARMA has been one of the most eagerly anticipated K-pop releases of the year, and for good reason. The group was heavily involved in the production of the album and that shines through, with lead track "Ceremony" being a standout. It's an undeniably epic hip-hop celebration of the group's success so far, setting their intention to continue dominating the K-pop scene and to continue to soak up the spotlight.

AB6IX – 'STUPID'

Boy group AB6IX deserve all of the attention they're getting with the release of their 10th EP,  UPSIDE DOWN, and the lead track "STUPID" encapsulates their truly unique approach to their music. Though the vocals and instrumentation feel energetic and optimistic, this relatable pop ballad is actually about loneliness, insecurity and not feeling good enough. Still, it remains an anthem about knowing things can get better, and looking forward to the day when they will.

Olivia Marsh – 'Lucky Me' Featuring Wonstein️︎︎

South Korean-Australian artist Olivia Marsh has a truly unique sound, and we always look forward to hearing more from her. Last week, she released "Lucky" featuring Wonstein, weaving a hazy and powerful alt-R&B about the highs and lows of love. She feels equal parts lucky and conflicted as she fights to make the relationship work, despite the struggles they face.

GIRLSET – 'Commas'

Global girl group GIRLSET (formerly known as VCHA) capped off August with the release of their first-ever single as GIRLSET with "Commas." In addition to showing off their impressive choreography, the hip-hop-tinged song showcases their playful edge as they sing about prioritizing substance over money and how they simply can't be bought.
