Constantly being in the limelight can come with its own unique stresses—and here's how she deals with it.

Kendall Jenner has been in the spotlight from a very young age. She grew up under the scrutiny of the public, but she's human, just like anyone. Recently, Kendall has become a lot more open about her struggles with anxiety. At the beginning of April, she took to Instagram to inform her followers that her anxiety "has been on 100 lately."
She doesn't stray away from keeping it real with her followers. She uses her platform to spread good vibes and ways for others to cope with their anxiety. Kendall explained that she spend the morning on April 4 practicing focused breathing, journaling and time outside. She posted this caption with a still video from outside, sharing this important message while keeping the image light and calm. We love that Kendall uses her Instagram to spread optimistic messages to her 230 million followers.
If you've ever seen inside Kendall's house, you'll know she has a giant James Turrell sculpture. His work is made to meditate in front of, and Kendall describes it as "peaceful and calming." We also know that she has a large art studio within her home. It was once a movie theatre, but Kendall decided to transform the room into her own art studio for her friends and herself to relieve stress and have fun.
