17-year-old Ava Rose Giannini is the definition of a triple threat, making a name for herself as a sought-after model, actress and influencer.

The Chicago native had a very strong 2022, walking the runway for New York Fashion Week before starring in the music video for Stefan Benz's "Don't Give Me Too Much," and 2023 promises to be an even bigger year for the star. We had the chance to chat with Ava all about her career and the moments that have made her proudest in the interview below.

Sweety High: Between being a model, actress and influencer, is there any one role you're most passionate about?

Ava Rose Giannini: A role I'm most passionate about is when I had the opportunity to walk in New York Fashion Week 2022 for Chick NYC. I met amazing people and learned so much about the fashion industry.

SH: What were some of your biggest highlights of 2022? What are you looking forward to most in 2023?

ARG: Some of my biggest highlights of 2022 were modeling opportunities for clothes, runway, swimwear, acting opportunities and growing on all social media platforms. I'm looking forward to continuing to increase my social media platforms in conjunction with evolving acting and modeling opportunities.

SH: Last year, you starred in Stefan Benz's music video for "Don't Give Me Too Much." Can you tell us about that experience? How did that role come to be?

ARG: My experience filming with Stefan Benz and his team was special. The role came along with perfect timing as the filming took place in Miami. We were originally supposed to film in L.A., but we both had plans to be in Florida. It was a project that was meant to be!

SH: What's something you're super proud of right now?

ARG: I'm super proud of my time management skills juggling modeling, acting and social media, as well as being a full-time student attending in-person school every day. Also, earning straight A's this semester. Education is extremely important to me.

SH: What's the most important thing you learned over the last year? How has it helped you?

ARG: The most important thing I learned over the last year was to never give up. I have always grown up with the saying to never give up, and it's not in my DNA to accept anything less than my best in everything I do. I set high expectations for myself and I never waiver in my determination to learn or help others.
