Chipotle Is Offering Students a Buy One, Get One Free Deal for One Day Only

The best things in life are free, and on Aug. 18, that will include certain Chipotle orders.

The restaurant chain is launching a new promotion to kick off the 2018-2019 school year, and it should definitely get students excited. "Back to school means back to burritos," the company's website claims, so it will mark the occasion with a buy one, get one promo.

The offer allows students to buy a burrito, bowl, salad, kid's meal or tacos and get one free on Saturday, Aug. 18. All they have to do is mention the offer to the cashier and inform the person that they're a student when they place their order; no student ID is required, according to Chew Boom.

Alternately, there's an option to use the Chipotle mobile app and enter the code "STUDENT" after selecting "View or Redeem Offers" and "Add an Offer."
